Order Processing All orders are processed the same day they are placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.

Order Fulfillment Alchemy & Stone partners with trusted suppliers to fulfill your orders. Your items may ship directly from our supplier in one or more separate packages. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
